Watching a storm move in
Lost in the concept of
"Life in someone else's backyard"

Chewing on a tiny bit of sandwich bread
Imagining
Other lives he might have lead
If he wasn't living the life he presently was living

Imagined:
Resting
In a different bed of grass
Maybe resting on "something"
That he was un-able to imagine
A totally new thing
Which could effect the way that he saw the world
For the positive or the negative? or
Dilly the Silly might be the same

Felt an enormous drop of rain
Hit hard beside him
Scared: He ran...
Under the house and
Into a crack in the floor and
He's under the washing machine
Un-able to imagine
What a washing machine might be
